Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Valley Rose Studio purchase. Returns can be made for a full refund 14 days after receipt of delivery and item returned in original unused condition. Items must be unworn and have all original packaging included in return. Custom orders, final sale, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fee's apply to returns or exchanges. Email me info@valleyrosestudio.com to start a return.
Defective Items
If you have received an item that is defective, you will be eligible to return the item within 7 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. Please contact us for more details: info@valleyrosestudio.com.
Repairs & Warranty
We make our jewelry to last and stand behind every piece. If in the unfortunate event your Valley Rose jewel has and accident and breaks we will gladly repair or tune it up for the cost of shipping. We offer one complimentary resizing for any ring purchased from us.
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Opening order minimum: 7 pcs. Reorder minimum: 4 pcs. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for your order to ship.
Payment Terms
Credit cards will be charged when order is complete & ready to ship. Certified check is also accepted. Please make check payable to: Brittany McCall. Orders will be shipped after check payment has cleared. Opening orders must be paid by credit card. Net 30 option available after the 3rd reorder with approval.
Returns, Cancellations & Repairs
All pieces are made to order and guaranteed for quality craftsmanship. Returns are not accepted unless items arrived damaged and are reported within 7 days of receiving order, in which case a replacement will be provided. Once an order is placed, you have 3 days to cancel. After, that the order cannot be cancelled without incurring a 30% re-stocking fee.
International Orders
For international orders, a deposit of one third of your order will be charged when the order is placed and the balance plus shipping charges when it is ready to ship. The buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, tariffs, or VAT charges assessed by the country of destination.

Special Care Instructions
To keep your jewels looking their best please keep these tips in mind to extend the life of your pieces.
- Store jewelry in an air restricted space like a jewelry box during long periods of not wearing or storing a piece for a season.
- Be gentle with softer stones like opals, turquoise, and pearls. Try to not beat them up and never wear them while working out, gardening or cooking.
- For diamonds and sapphires they are safe to put in an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Never put opal, pearls or turquoise in an ultrasonic, they will shatter.
- Universal cleaning tip for all jewelry: clean with an old toothbrush and hot water and mild soap.
