Our jewelry ships from Healdsburg. California. We offer local pickup only in Healdsburg.
Complimentary United States Shipping
We offer complimentary USA express Shipping for all USA orders over $200. Our Jewelry is shipped via UPS or Fedex Overnight ($2000+ order value) or 2 day ($200-$1,999 order value) and is fully insured. We require a signature for any order over $2,000.
Complimentary Express International Shipping
We offer complimentary insured international shipping for orders over $1,000. We use DHL Express for international shipping. Delivery times depend on your country but in most cases your orders are delivered in 3-5 business days.
Please be aware your country might require additional duties and import taxes when ordering from the United States. These fees are calculated a checkout. We will pay your duties and taxes on your behalf when we book the shipping label so there are no suprise fees upon delivery, prepaid duties also ensures a speedy delivery.
We are not responsible for any shipping or customs delays and appreciate your patience for issues out of our control. We do our best to help in any situation to recover delayed or lost packages.
