Client Experience & Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Experience & Sales Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the purchasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a luxury client experience from first inquiry through delivery.

The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, sales-oriented, and passionate about helping customers make confident purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Consultations

  • Conduct Zoom consultations with prospective clients
  • Answer inbound phone calls and email inquiries
  • Guide customers through product selections and custom design options
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on leads and consultation opportunities
  • Support conversion of inquiries into sales

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a high-touch luxury customer experience
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Manage order updates and customer communications
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams regarding timelines and delivery expectations

Relationship Management

  • Maintain detailed client records and follow-up schedules
  • Develop long-term customer relationships
  • Encourage repeat purchases and referrals
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements

Sales Administration

  • Track inquiries, consultations, and sales activity
  • Maintain CRM records and client notes
  • Assist with reporting on sales performance and conversion metrics

Product Knowledge

  • Develop expertise in gemstones, diamonds, jewelry craftsmanship, and custom design processes
  • Communicate product features and value clearly and confidently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, client services, hospitality, or sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable conducting video consultations and phone calls
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Interest in jewelry and gemstones preferred
